There are two possible reasons for that:

I'm too busy at the moment, please be patient, or write again.
Entweder bin ich momentan zu beschäftigt, bitte gedulde dich etwas, oder schreibe noch einmal.

or
oder

Your EMail comes from a domain, that sends EMail-Spams. Mails from these domains are deleted automatically and immediately - I don't notice them. Use another ISP!
Deine Mail kommt von einer Absender-Domain, die für den Versand von Spam bekannt ist oder mir in der Vergangenheit damit aufgefallen ist. Mails dieser Domains werden sofort automatisch gelöscht und ich bekomme keinerlei Information darüber.
Benutze einfach einen anderen Provider.

Whitelist exists!
Eine Ausnahmeliste existiert natürlich.
